Shipping Policy
A Brief Affair only accepts orders with a billing and shipping address in the US or Canada. All orders are shipped as soon as possible, subject to credit card approval and stock availability.
We offer several shipping options in the US:
• Standard Shipping (free for orders over $50.00 anywher in US) – We chose the shipping method usually USPS Parcel Post, Priorty Mail or UPS Ground – items arrive 2 - 10 business days from shipment date
• UPS Ground $9.95 – items arrive 1 – 6 business days from shipment date. Shipping to Continental US Only
• UPS Second Day $29.95 – items arrive 2 business days from shipment date. Anywhere in the US
• UPS Three Day Select $23.90 – items arrive 3 business days from shipment date. Anywhere in the US
• UPS Next Day Air $54.95 – items arrive 1 business days from shipment date. Anywhere in the US
Shpping to Canada
• US Postal Service to Canada $9.95 – items arrive 3 -10 business days from shipment date. Shipping to Anywhere in Canada
Shipment date is based upon if an item is in stock.
All deliveries will be made according to the carrier's standard procedures. If part of your order is not in stock, we will split the order and send any available items at once, unless they are part of a matching set with the waiting item(s). Outstanding items will then follow on as soon as they become available. You will only be charged once per order for delivery (if applicable), however many separate shipments we make to you. Shipping fees are not refundable. Under all circumstances, for orders placed direct via www.abriefaffair.com, your credit card will not be charged until your goods are shipped.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days (or 10 days after 12/25 which ever is earlier) for an exchange or refund. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. Underwear can only be returned in its original unopened packaging. Bras should be returned with tags attached and in the original packaging. Due to the nature of molded bras, all molded bras should be returned in BOXES not envelopes. Damaged bras due to incorrect return packaging will NOT be accepted. Please allow ten (10) business days for your return/exchange to be processed. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.
You will find a return and exchange form enclosed with your order. To return an item, fill out the appropriate portion of the form and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning. Please indicate on the form whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange, and allow ten business days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.
